Verification Requirements

- Active credentials that satisfy applicable federal, state, and local stormwater permit requirements for your listed service states
- Active professional liability (E&O) insurance
- Minimum 5 completed SWPPP projects with verifiable project references
- Documented experience in the specific state programs (NMPDES, AZPDES, TPDES, etc.) you wish to be listed under
- Digital inspection documentation capability (timestamped, GPS-tagged reports)
- Submission of last three completed SWPPPs for independent professional peer review

Verification
SWPPP HUB verifies your credentials against issuing body databases, contacts your references independently, and confirms your insurance coverage. Standard verification takes 3–5 business days.
Profile goes live
Your SWPPP HUB Verified profile is published. You receive project owner leads matched to your states, credential type, and service capabilities.
Annual re-verification
Your credentials and insurance are re-verified annually. Re-verification takes less than 24 hours when your credentials are current. Your Verified badge displays the last verification date.
